• Product deliveries are made between Saturday and Thursday and will be undertaken by a third party appointed by Maple Technologies for and on behalf of Maple Technologies.
  • Maple Technologies makes every effort to dispatch Products on time. If the ordered Products are not delivered within the time period Maple Technologies specified in the confirmation email, please contact Maple Technologies Customer Services quoting the order reference contained in your order confirmation email.
  • Delivery TAT: For Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: within 48 hours from order confirmation and receipt of full payment into company’s bank account. Any driverless for Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, deliveries are done every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday after customers payment receipt.
  • Delivery occurs when the ordered products are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage, and damage passes to you. Ownership of Products purchased passes to you when payment is received by Maple Technologies in full. You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the Products which will note that the Products are correct and have been received in good condition.
  • If you are not at the delivery address, Maple Technologies will assume that any adults that are present at the delivery address are authorized by you to take delivery of the Products that you have ordered. If the above criteria are not met or if there is no one at the delivery address, Maple Technologies will not leave the Products at the delivery address. Maple Technologies or it’s delivery third party will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
  • Please note that the delivery people will only deliver the Products to your front door.
  • 12 hours prior confirmation to be sent to Maple Technologies customer service through official email to cancel orders without charges.
  • In the case of pre-orders and special products, cancellation may not be an option, after payment is made, due to commitments with other related manufacturing parties and it is entirely up to Maple Technologies to make unilateral decisions about possibilities for the respective customer.
  • 12 hours is the minimum time to reschedule a shipment or an order.
  • Related costs including shipping and delivery costs for product return requests made by customers, and if approved by Maple Technologies, will be born entirely by the respective customer, unless otherwise stated by Maple Technologies in writing.
  • Maple Technologies delivery services will carry out a maximum of 1 attempt for delivery per booking. Any additional attempts will incur new charges.
