Security & smart systems inAl Barari
Very large plots, very dense planting
Low-density villas on unusually large, heavily planted plots. The planting is the point of the place and it is also the difficulty: it blocks sight lines, it hides the approach, and it means a camera count taken from a site plan will be wrong.

What we see in Al Barari
The garden is the perimeter
Dense planting means there is no single wall to watch. Coverage is built around the few places a person can actually walk — the gate, the drive, the doors and the gaps between beds — rather than trying to see everything, which here is not possible at any budget.
Distance from the gate to the door
A long drive gives you time, which is worth designing for: a camera and an intercom at the gate, so a decision is made before anyone reaches the house, rather than a doorbell that rings when they are already at it.
Privacy cuts both ways
People buy here to be unobserved, which makes camera placement a conversation rather than a specification. We agree what is covered and what deliberately is not, and we write it down.
Worth knowing
Lighting matters more here than camera specification. An unlit garden defeats a good camera; a modest camera on a well-lit approach works. We say which of the two your plot needs.

Really great services! Very fast as well when we needed them to check our work connection. Great service from Muhammad, Maahil and Ashik. Quick and professional delivery. We absolutely will request for their assistance when we have IT issues.
Very good company. تعاملهم جدًا ممتاز وشغلهم مرتب ونظيف، ركبوا لنا الكاميرات و الانتركوم بكل احترافية. فريق متعاون وملتزم بالمواعيد، صراحة أنصح فيهم. (“They are excellent to deal with and their work is tidy and clean — they installed our cameras and intercom very professionally. A helpful team who keep to their appointments; honestly, I recommend them.”)
