Smart living
Smart home automation
Lighting, climate, curtains, security and entertainment — one system, one app, your voice.
From a few smart switches in an apartment to a fully wired KNX villa: we design, install and program lighting scenes, climate, motorised curtains, smart locks, audio and security so the whole home works together.
What you get
What this system does for you
Scenes for how you live
Movie mode dims the lights, closes the curtains and turns on the TV and sound. Sleep mode switches everything off, leaves the outside lights on and arms the alarm.
Climate room by room
Set each room's temperature and schedule, and let the house cool itself before you get home using your phone's location.
Security in the same app
Cameras, the doorbell, smart locks, the alarm and water-leak sensors sit alongside the lights — one place to check the house.
Voice, app or wall
Works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple Home, and with keypads on the wall for anyone who'd rather press a button.
For homes
A new build or major fit-out is the moment for a wired KNX system — the most dependable and expandable option. In a finished villa or an apartment, wireless systems (Zigbee, Matter, Wi-Fi) add the same comforts without opening walls. Our smart home planning guide walks through the choice.
Security for homes →For businesses
Offices, showrooms and hotels use the same technology for meeting-room scenes, scheduled lighting and shading, and climate that follows occupancy.

The first decision
Wired or wireless?
Everything else follows from this one. A wired KNX system is a single pair of wires looped from the panel through every switch, thermostat and curtain motor - nothing to charge, nothing that stops when the internet does, and it will still be working in fifteen years. It needs walls that are open.
Wireless reaches a finished home without chasing a single wall, and can be added a room at a time. The cost is batteries to change and a radio mesh that has to stay healthy.
Most villas we fit out end up with both: KNX for lighting, climate and curtains, wireless for the additions that come later. If your walls are open now, that is the moment to decide - after handover it is a much more expensive question.

Questions
Smart home — what people ask us
Something else? Ask us directly or try the assistant in the corner.
KNX is wired, so it's best planned during construction or a major renovation, and it's the most robust choice for a large villa. Wireless is ideal for finished homes and apartments. Plenty of homes use both.
Well-designed systems keep working locally — switches, scenes and schedules carry on; only remote access from outside the home waits for the connection to return.
Often. We check what's there, what it's built on and whether it can be extended or reprogrammed, then give you an honest recommendation.
