Questions

Frequently asked questions.

About working with us, SIRA, maintenance and payments. Questions about a particular system are answered on its service page.

  • With a site survey. Book a free consultation visit online or send us your details. We visit, look at the property and talk through what you need, then send a written quotation. Nothing is committed until you accept it.

  • No — we're an installation and maintenance company, not an online shop. We supply equipment as part of a system we design, install and stand behind.

  • We work mainly in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and take on projects elsewhere in the UAE and the wider GCC. Tell us where the property is and we'll confirm.

  • Yes, with the same care for both: villas, apartments and holiday homes, and shops, offices, warehouses, schools, clinics, hotels and residential buildings. See for homes and for business.

  • Technicians trained and licensed by SIRA. For regulated premises in Dubai, that licensing is a legal requirement — not just a selling point.

  • The Security Industry Regulatory Agency regulates the security industry in Dubai under Law No. (12) of 2016. It registers security companies, licenses their technicians and sets the standards for security systems at the establishment types it regulates. Our guide explains more: what SIRA approval means.

  • It depends on your establishment type — the list includes hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, warehouses and pharmacies, among many others. Send us your trade-licence activity and we'll check the category and its requirements.

  • Usually. We survey the system against the requirements for your category, write up what falls short, and quote to fix it — often reusing cabling and some equipment.

  • An annual maintenance contract: scheduled preventive visits to keep your system working, plus support when something goes wrong. Regulated establishments in Dubai must hold one with a SIRA-registered company. See our AMC plans.

  • Yes. We begin with a survey and a written condition report, fix anything needed, then maintain it like one of our own.

  • Minor adjustments and repairs made during visits are included. Replacement parts and new equipment are quoted separately unless your contract says otherwise — so you always approve a cost before it's incurred.

  • Your quotation sets out the price and the payment stages — typically an advance on acceptance and the balance after handover. The standard terms are in our terms and conditions.

  • Two kinds: our workmanship warranty on the installation, and the manufacturer's warranty on the equipment, which we handle on your behalf. The periods and conditions are in our terms and on your quotation.

  • Yes — call or WhatsApp us, or reply to your booking email. Please give as much notice as you can; the notice period for chargeable visits is in our terms.

  • Consultation and survey visits are free, with no obligation. Maintenance or repair visits for systems not covered by an AMC are chargeable, and we confirm the charge before the visit.
