Security & smart systems inDowntown & Business Bay
Offices, serviced towers and ground-floor retail
Fit-out country. Most work here is an office being handed over or changing hands — access control on the suite door, cameras covering reception and the server room, cabling run above a ceiling grid before it is closed.

Fit-out timing decides the cost
Cabling pulled while the ceiling is open costs a fraction of the same run afterwards. The cheapest security system in an office is the one specified before the contractor finishes.
Who may go where
Reception, finance, server room, storeroom — different doors for different people, and a record of it. Access control here is usually about accountability rather than intruders.
Staff hours and attendance
Offices with shift or site staff pair the same door readers with biometric attendance, so the security system also produces payroll's timesheet.
Worth knowing
Work in occupied towers is usually restricted to permitted hours, and noisy or dusty work to evenings and weekends. That is built into the schedule rather than discovered on the day.
