For business
Security systems for residential buildings & communities
For owners' associations, property managers and developers.
Towers and gated communities need lobby access, a visitor intercom for every unit, car-park barriers and cameras on common areas — maintained all year by one contractor. We install, integrate and look after the lot.
A typical system
What we'd usually install
- IP intercom with lobby panel, directory and a monitor or app per unit
- Access control on lobby doors, lifts and amenities
- Cameras on entrances, car park, pool, gym and perimeter
- Barriers with ANPR at the car-park entrance
- A guard station with a video wall
What matters
What matters for residential buildings & communities
Lobby and lifts
Resident cards or fobs on the lobby and lifts, so only residents and their visitors get upstairs.
Visitors for every unit
An IP intercom that calls the resident's monitor or phone and lets them release the door.
Car parks
Barriers and ANPR for residents' vehicles, with visitors routed to the guard.
One contractor, all year
An AMC with written reports the owners' association or management company can file.

SIRA
SIRA and your premises
Whether a building or community is on SIRA's list depends on its type. We check the category for your building and design to it.
How SIRA compliance works →Maintenance
Keeping it working
Every one of our AMC plans includes at least four preventive visits a year — the minimum SIRA's manual sets for regulated establishments. Written reports after each visit give the owners' association a record of what was checked and fixed.

Common questions
Yes. We start with a survey and a written condition report, fix what's needed, then maintain it under an AMC.
With an IP intercom, yes — the lobby panel calls the resident's monitor or app, and they release the door after seeing the visitor.
