The gate station calls your indoor monitors and your phone at the same time, so a delivery at 2pm is answered whether you're upstairs or at the office.

Connected to the gate motor or an electric lock, the intercom lets you release it after you've seen who is there.

Snapshots or short clips of each visitor are kept on the monitor or app, so you can see who called while you were out.

For homes
Most villas need a weatherproof gate station, one or two indoor monitors and an app — plus a link to the gate motor. In an apartment, a smart doorbell or a door-viewer camera does the same job without new cabling.

We visit, walk the property with you and note every entrance, blind spot and cable route. Consultations are free.

You get a clear design and a written quotation — what we'll install, where, and why. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Install & commission
SIRA-licensed technicians install, test and commission the system, then show you how to use it and hand over every password.

Maintain
Warranty support after handover, and an AMC if you want scheduled visits to keep everything working.

Often, yes. Many systems can run video over existing two-wire cabling. We check the cable on the survey; where it can't be reused we'll say so before quoting.
The corridor is usually common property, so check with building management first — many buildings allow a doorbell that only sees your own doorway. We won't install a camera that looks into a neighbour's door.
