CCTV installation
Cameras placed to identify, not just to watch — designed on site and installed to SIRA standards where they apply.
We survey, design, install and commission CCTV for villas, apartments and businesses across the UAE: IP cameras, recorders, mobile viewing and, for regulated premises in Dubai, the SIRA documentation that goes with them.

What you get
What this system does for you
Control rooms and video walls
Where a site has a guard room or a security office, we build the monitoring end too: a video wall showing many cameras at once, fed straight from the recorders, sized for the room it sits in. This is CCTV monitoring — not the advertising screens on our LED page.
Coverage designed, not guessed
Every camera position is planned on a site survey — gates, doors, perimeters, blind spots — so recordings show faces and number plates where it matters, not rooftops.
AI cameras: alerts for people, not palm trees
An AI camera classifies what it sees before it bothers you. Person or vehicle, crossing a line or standing in a zone, loitering at the gate, a bag left behind, a plate at the barrier — so an alert means something, and the twenty a night that used to come from a cat, a shadow or a palm frond in the wind stop arriving.
Analytics that earn their keep
On a business site the same processing counts people through a door, warns when a queue builds, spots a vehicle in a fire lane or a person in an area that should be empty after hours. We switch on what the site will actually act on and leave the rest off — an alert nobody responds to is worse than none.
Finding the clip in minutes
Search recordings by what was in them — a person, a vehicle, a colour, a direction of travel — instead of scrubbing through six hours of footage. This is what AI changes most for an owner after an incident.
Watch from anywhere
Live view and playback on your phone, with a separate login for each person and limits on what each of them can see.
Recording you can rely on
Recorders sized for the retention period your premises needs, with health alerts if a drive or a camera drops out.
For homes
For a villa or apartment we cover the gate and driveway, each external door, the garden and pool area and the approaches to the house — never inside private rooms. You get alerts and playback on your phone, and a visitor at the door can be seen and spoken to from anywhere.
Security for homes →For businesses
For a business we plan around entrances, cash points, stock and loading areas, then add analytics where they earn their keep: people counting, queue alerts, number-plate recognition at the car park, loitering and left-object detection.

SIRA
Where SIRA comes in
In Dubai, CCTV at the establishment types SIRA regulates must be designed, installed and maintained by a SIRA-registered company to its Preventive Systems Manual — which, among much else, sets a minimum recording period of 31 days. We prepare the drawings, install, commission, submit the documentation and can maintain the system afterwards under an AMC.
How SIRA compliance works →How it works
From survey to handover
- 01
Survey
We visit, walk the property with you and note every entrance, blind spot and cable route. Consultations are free.
- 02
Design & quote
You get a clear design and a written quotation — what we'll install, where, and why. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- 03
Install & commission
SIRA-licensed technicians install, test and commission the system, then show you how to use it and hand over every password.
- 04
Maintain
Warranty support after handover, and an AMC if you want scheduled visits to keep everything working.
Questions
CCTV — what people ask us
Something else? Ask us directly or try the assistant in the corner.
It depends on the plot, how many ways in there are and what you need to see clearly. We count cameras on the site survey — covering each gate, door and approach — rather than quoting a number from a floor plan.
Three useful things. They tell a person or a vehicle from a shadow, an animal or a moving branch, so alerts stop crying wolf. They watch for a specific behaviour — crossing a line, entering a zone, loitering, leaving an object, a plate at a barrier — and tell you as it happens rather than after. And they let you search hours of recording by what was in the picture instead of watching all of it. The processing runs on the camera or the recorder; nothing is sent to anyone else’s cloud unless you ask for that.
It is a separate matter and we treat it as one. A face is personal data under the UAE’s data protection law, and identifying people by it needs a lawful basis, a clear purpose and — for a regulated premises — the approval that goes with it. We will install it where those are in place and say so plainly when they are not. Detecting that a person is present, which is what most sites actually need, does not identify anybody.
Yes. Every system we install can be viewed live and played back on a mobile app, with separate logins for each person and permissions for what they can see.
As long as the recorder's storage allows, and we size it to what you need. Premises regulated by SIRA must keep at least 31 days of recording; we check the rules for your category on the survey.
Yes, where running cable isn't practical — but wired cameras are more reliable for most properties. Our guide on wired vs wireless CCTV explains the trade-off.
