What we install
Cameras, doors, alarms, gates, networks and the smart home that ties them together. One survey, one installer, one number to call.
Homes and businesses
The same engineers and the same standards, whether it's a two-bedroom apartment or a warehouse with a fence line.
For homes
See who's at the gate from anywhere, let the driver in from your phone, and set the house to sleep with one tap. Security and smart home, designed together.
Security for homes →For business
SIRA-compliant CCTV, access control and attendance, number-plate recognition at the gate, and maintenance contracts that keep you compliant after handover.
Security for business →SIRA compliance
If you run a business in Dubai, security systems at regulated premises must be designed, installed and maintained by a SIRA-registered company. We are one, and we handle the whole process — survey, drawings, approval, installation, commissioning, documentation and the maintenance contract that keeps it valid. SIRA applies to commercial premises, not to private homes.
We visit, assess the risks and confirm the establishment's category.
Camera positions, coverage and system layout drawn to the category's requirements.
Cameras, recorders and devices chosen to meet the manual's technical requirements.
Carried out by our SIRA-licensed technicians.
Every device tested, recording periods verified, the system commissioned.
We prepare and submit the documentation the regulations require.
Your team learns to use the system; you receive passwords and records.
Why one company
A property ends up needing cameras, an intercom, an alarm, door access, a gate and a smart home - and it usually buys them from six different people. Six apps, six contracts, six numbers, and when something stops working, six of them saying it is somebody else's box.
We install all of it, onto one controller, with one app and one maintenance contract behind it. The gate camera can open the gate. The alarm can turn on the lights. And there is one number to call.
Our work
Our own photographs, from our own sites. We describe each job by the kind of premises and the area rather than naming the customer.

Arabian Ranches & Dubai Hills
Family villas in Dubai's master-planned communities: cameras on the approach, gate and garden, a video intercom the family answers from a phone, and alarm cover while they travel.

Emirates Living, Dubai
An established villa where twenty years of planting had grown across the sightlines. Cameras were re-sited on poles clear of the hedges so the boundary is covered without overlooking the neighbours.

Dubai
Camera and floodlight combined on the same pole, so the approach is both covered and lit — the pairing that makes night footage usable rather than a grey blur.

How we work
One point of contact from the first visit to the last maintenance call.
We visit, walk the property with you and note every entrance, blind spot and cable route. Consultations are free.
You get a clear design and a written quotation — what we'll install, where, and why. Nothing starts until you approve it.
SIRA-licensed technicians install, test and commission the system, then show you how to use it and hand over every password.
Warranty support after handover, and an AMC if you want scheduled visits to keep everything working.
Guides
Plain-language guides to SIRA rules, camera placement, smart homes and keeping systems secure.
Annual maintenance
Three AMC plans for systems we installed or someone else did — each with scheduled visits, a report after every one, and enough visits to meet SIRA's minimum.
Quarterly care for homes and smaller premises.

Every AMC is quoted after a survey, because the price depends on how many devices your site has. Prices exclude VAT. Spare parts and new equipment are quoted separately unless your contract says otherwise.
With a site survey. Book a free consultation visit online or send us your details. We visit, look at the property and talk through what you need, then send a written quotation. Nothing is committed until you accept it.
No — we're an installation and maintenance company, not an online shop. We supply equipment as part of a system we design, install and stand behind.
We work mainly in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and take on projects elsewhere in the UAE and the wider GCC. Tell us where the property is and we'll confirm.
Yes, with the same care for both: villas, apartments and holiday homes, and shops, offices, warehouses, schools, clinics, hotels and residential buildings. See for homes and for business.
Technicians trained and licensed by SIRA. For regulated premises in Dubai, that licensing is a legal requirement — not just a selling point.
The Security Industry Regulatory Agency regulates the security industry in Dubai under Law No. (12) of 2016. It registers security companies, licenses their technicians and sets the standards for security systems at the establishment types it regulates. Our guide explains more: what SIRA approval means.
